What is Nutritional Response Testing?
Nutritional Response Testing (NRT) uses a combination of the very accurate technique of manual muscle testing and gently stressing the sympathetic nerve beds just under the skin overlying each individual organ with a simple touch of the hand.A healthy, unstressed organ will not send a “distress” signal to the brain when its sympathetic nerve bed is pressed on. A stressed organ will send a distressing signal through the nerve system and cause a normally strong muscle to become slightly weaker. If there is more than one stressed organ, we then determine the priority organ your body wants to address first and then we support that organ with the proper nutrition and lifestyle changes when necessary.The idea behind NRT is to rebuild the health foundation of the body’s organs to then RE-create a healthy body the way God intended it to be.
